SAFETY & HEALTH – SEVEN REFORMER
At SEVEN REFORMER we believe it is important that you train safely and responsibly.
On this page you can read what you can expect from us and what we require of you when using our self-service Reformer studio.
-
Personal responsibility
You train independently with video guidance.
This means that you are responsible for:
-
performing the movements correctly
-
estimating your physical limits
-
the safe use of the device
-
stopping in time in case of pain or discomfort
Always listen to your body.
-
Medical situations
Always contact a doctor, physiotherapist or specialist in the following cases:
-
recent injuries
-
back, neck or shoulder complaints
-
pregnancy or recently given birth
-
long-term pain or instability
-
medical conditions where exercise may pose a risk
When in doubt: seek medical advice first, then train.
