HOUSE RULES – RFORM COLLECTIONS

Our studio is a quiet, clean and safe environment where everyone can train comfortably.
Because we work with self-service Reformer Pilates and virtual classes, we have house rules that ensure order, safety and hygiene.

By using the studio you agree to these rules.

  1. Peace and atmosphere

  • Keep the studio quiet and relaxed.

  • Please speak softly when other members are present.

  • Do not use loud music or sounds.

  • Please respect the privacy of other members.

  1. Arrive on time

  • Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your session.

  • Your session will automatically start on the screen once your time slot begins.

  • Please leave immediately afterwards so that the device is ready for the next user.

  1. Leave clean

  • Afterwards, clean the device with the cloth and spray.

  • Remove hair, dust or sweat from the mat and handles.

  • Throw trash in the bin.

  • Do not leave any personal belongings behind.

  1. Safe sports

  • Wear grip socks for stability.

  • Follow the video instructions step by step.

  • Do not do any exercises that are not in the video.

  • Use the springs and resistance as indicated in the lesson.

  • Stop immediately if you experience any pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

  1. Use of equipment

  • Use the Reformer with care and control.

  • Do not jump or perform explosive movements.

  • Only adjust the resistance when indicated in the video.

  • Report damage or defects immediately via WhatsApp.

  1. Respect for the time slot

  • Only use the device during your reserved time.

  • Are you late? Your time slot will end at the scheduled time.

  • Do not start early or stay longer than your session.

  1. Telephone usage

  • Only use your phone when necessary.

  • Sound off or on vibrate.

  • Video calling or calling is not allowed in the studio.

  • Do not take photos or videos of others.

  1. Hygiene & clothing

  • Wear clean sportswear.

  • Use a towel when needed.

  • No outdoor shoes on the equipment.

  • Please avoid perfume or strong scents.

  1. Respectful behavior

  • Respect the space, equipment and other members.

  • Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

  • In case of violation, RFORM COLLECTIONS may deny access or terminate a membership.

  1. Report details

  • Damage, unsafe situations or technical problems?
    Send a message directly via WhatsApp or email.

  1. Deductible

Self-service training means that you:

  • you are responsible for your own technique

  • you decide what your limits are

  • train at your own risk

  1. Emergency & incidents

  • In case of an emergency, leave the room calmly.

  • Call 112 immediately if necessary.
