GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – RFORM COLLECTIONS

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services of RFORM COLLECTIONS, located in Den Boch, registered with the Chamber of Commerce.

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

  1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • RFORM COLLECTIONS: the company that offers self-service Reformer Pilates.

  • Member/Customer: any person who uses the services of RFORM COLLECTIONS.

  • Studio: the physical location where the equipment and virtual classes are available.

  • Sessions: 60-minute Reformer Pilates workouts, guided by video lessons.

  • App: The software that members use to book, manage, and cancel their sessions.

  • Subscription: an agreement based on a continuous periodic payment every 4 weeks.

  • Session card: a predetermined number of sessions within a 4-week period.

  1. Services

RFORM COLLECTIONS offers:

  • Self-service Reformer Pilates sessions of 60 minutes

  • Video-guided lessons that start automatically on the device screen

  • Access to the studio by reservation

  • Various memberships and ride cards per 4-week period

There is no physical instructor present during the sessions.

  1. Memberships and ride cards

We offer:

  • Trial lesson

  • 4-trip card

  • 8-trip card

  • 12-trip card

  • Unlimited subscription

All memberships and ride cards:

  • walk every 4 weeks

  • are automatically renewed (with subscriptions)

  • are valid for at least 3 periods (3 x 4 weeks) with subscriptions

  • can be cancelled monthly after 3 months

  1. Reservations

  • Sessions are booked via the app or the online schedule.

  • You may only make a reservation if you have a valid membership or ticket.

  • You may have a maximum of 1 active reservation at a time (unless otherwise permitted).

  • A session always lasts 60 minutes.

  1. Cancellations and no-shows

  • Cancellation is possible up to 4 hours before the start of the session.

  • You can cancel via the app.

  • If you cancel within 4 hours, the session will be charged as a no-show .

  • No-shows with ride cards cost 1 session .

  • With an unlimited subscription:

    • repeated no-shows may result in a warning

    • In case of structural abuse, RFORM COLLECTIONS can block reservations

  1. Validity and expiration dates

  • A ticket is valid for 4 weeks.

  • Unused sessions can be carried over to a limited extent, if stated in advance.

  • Unused sessions are non-refundable.

  • Sessions cannot be transferred to other people.

  1. Cancellation of subscriptions

  • The minimum duration of a continuous subscription is 3 periods of 4 weeks .

  • After this period you can cancel with a notice period of 1 period of 4 weeks .

  • You can cancel in writing via info@rformcollections.nl .

  • You will receive confirmation of the end date.

  1. Payment

  • Payment is made every 4 weeks by direct debit or online payment.

  • If payment fails, your account may be paused until payment is made.

  • RFORM COLLECTIONS may charge administrative fees for recurring failed payments.

  • In case of non-payment, RFORM COLLECTIONS may terminate the agreement.

  1. Right of withdrawal

Memberships and ride cards are services that are used directly at a reserved time .

Therefore, the following applies:

  • The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once you reserve or start a session.

  • If you reserve or use a session within the cooling-off period, the right of withdrawal expires completely.

  1. Use of the studio

  • The studio is a self-service space .

  • You are responsible for performing the exercises safely.

  • You follow the instructions in the videos carefully.

  • You leave your device clean and tidy.

  • You use grip socks (safety).

  • Please arrive on time so that the session is not disrupted.

  • It is not allowed to play your own music at high volumes.

RFORM COLLECTIONS may deny access or terminate memberships to:

  • inappropriate behavior

  • damage to equipment

  • unsafe use of equipment

  • the repeated flouting of studio rules

  1. Health and safety

  • Participation is at your own risk .

  • In case of injury, pregnancy, illness or doubt, consult a doctor.

  • You are responsible for assessing whether participation is appropriate for you.

  • RFORM COLLECTIONS is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment or failure to follow instructions.

  1. Liability

RFORM COLLECTIONS is not liable for:

  • loss, theft or damage to personal property

  • injuries or physical complaints

  • incorrect use of equipment

  • consequences of use without medical advice

Our liability is always limited to the amount paid out by RFORM COLLECTIONS' insurer.

  1. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
This is on our website.

  1. House rules

The house rules are part of these terms and conditions.
By becoming a member you agree to the studio rules.

  1. Changes to offer and conditions

RFORM COLLECTIONS may:

  • change prices

  • adjust schedules

  • replace equipment

  • opening hours change

  • amend these General Terms and Conditions

In case of major changes, we will inform members by email or via the app.

  1. Applicable law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
