What is Virtual Reformer Pilates?
Virtual training on the Reformer Pilates means you train independently with professional digital guidance. Each Reformer has its own screen with video and audio instructions, allowing you to work out at your own pace without a live instructor.
How does training without an instructor work?
The video guides each exercise clearly and calmly. You'll see exactly what to do, at what pace, and with what posture. The lessons are structured to be safe and organized, even without an instructor present.
Is Seven Reformer a regular Pilates studio?
No. Seven Reformer is a self-service boutique Reformer studio. You book yourself, enter with a QR code, and train independently with virtual guidance in a peaceful environment.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes. Start with the "Basic Reformer" classes.
The video guidance calmly explains each movement.
How do I book a session?
You can book your session through our app or website. Simply select your preferred time slot and you'll receive a personal QR code to check in.
What should I bring?
Bring non-slip socks, headphones, a towel, and a water bottle. We'll provide all the reformer equipment.
Are the lessons in Dutch or English?
The lessons are in English. Thanks to clear images and step-by-step explanations, they're easy to follow, even for beginners.
Can I also book last minute?
Yes, as long as a device is available you can also book at short notice.
Memberships & Payments
What memberships are there?
We offer trial lessons, lesson passes, and memberships. All memberships run for four-week periods.
How long does a subscription last?
Subscriptions are renewed every four weeks and can be cancelled monthly after three months.
How can I cancel my membership?
Canceling is easy through your account in the app. After the first three months, you can cancel monthly.
How can I change my membership?
You can manage your membership directly through your member portal or the SEVEN REFORMER app.
Can I upgrade to a different membership?
Yes. You can upgrade through the app or by contacting us.
How do the credits work?
Your credits are tracked automatically.
Missed sessions are considered a no-show.
How do the credits on a ride card work?
Each session costs one credit. You can see in the app how many credits you have left and when they expire.

No, the lessons are fully guided via the screen.

Are the Reformers suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! We offer a wide range of classes for all levels, from absolute beginners to advanced. The digital guidance provides clear instructions for each exercise.

What are the shipping costs?

The video repeats movements smoothly. If you're still unsure, you can always choose a different class or contact us.

How do I get into the studio?
You scan the QR code in the app at the entrance. The door opens automatically.
Is there staff present?
No. Seven Reformer is a self-service studio. Everything works through the app and the screen on your device.
How long does a session last?
A session lasts 50 minutes.
Do I need to arrive earlier?
We recommend arriving five minutes early so you can get a relaxed start.
Is the studio clean and hygienic?
Yes. We work with fixed cleaning rounds and expect everyone to leave their equipment clean and tidy.

Do I need the app?
Yes. The app is required to book sessions, enter, and manage your membership.
What if my phone runs out of battery?
Make sure your phone has enough battery. Without a QR code, you won't be able to enter the studio.
Can I share my account with someone else?
No. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
