CANCELLATION AND MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to all trial lessons, ride cards, and subscriptions at SEVEN REFORMER.
Memberships and duration
We work with:

Trial lesson
-
1x per week subscription (4 sessions every 4 weeks)

2x per week subscription (8 sessions every 4 weeks)

3x per week subscription (12 sessions every 4 weeks)

Unlimited subscription (unlimited sessions every 4 weeks)
All memberships and ride cards run for a period of 4 weeks.
After a minimum membership period of 3 months, all ongoing subscriptions can be cancelled on a monthly basis.
Bookings of sessions

Sessions are booked through our app or our online schedule.
-
You always book a 50-minute time slot for one Reformer machine.

The sessions are virtual: you follow the lesson independently via video on the screen.
Cancelling a session

Cancellation is free of charge up to 4 hours before the start of your session.

You can cancel via the app or the online schedule.

If you cancel less than 4 hours in advance or do not show up, the session will be counted as a no-show.
No-show policy

In case of a no-show, one session will be deducted from your ticket.

With the unlimited subscription, repeated no-shows can lead to a warning and, if necessary, a temporary block on reservations.
Validity of travel cards

A 4-, 8- or 12-trip card is linked to a period of 4 weeks.

Unused sessions can be carried over to the next period to a limited extent, according to what we have communicated in advance.

Unused sessions are non-refundable.
Cancelling subscriptions

The minimum duration of a continuous subscription is 3 months (three periods of 4 weeks).

You can then cancel on a monthly basis, with a notice period of 1 full period of 4 weeks.

You can cancel your subscription in writing by email to info@sevenreformer.nl .

You will receive confirmation of your cancellation from us, including the end date of your subscription.
Payment

Payment is made every 4 weeks, preferably by direct debit or online payment.

If a payment fails, we may ask you to pay manually before you can book again.

If payment is not made, we reserve the right to block bookings and suspend membership.
Refund
In these situations no refund will be made:

If you do not use your membership or travel card

In case of late cancellation or no-shows
-
In case of cancellation within the minimum contract duration
Exceptions

In case of long-term medical reasons or injuries, a break or adjusted arrangement can be discussed in consultation.

In the event of a move beyond a reasonable travel distance, a suitable solution can be found in consultation.
In such cases, we ask you to contact us in a timely manner and, if necessary, provide supporting documentation (for example from a doctor).
Studio and safety

Participation is at your own risk.

You remain responsible for assessing whether the training is suitable for your health and physical situation.

In case of complaints, injuries, pregnancy or doubts, we always advise you to consult a doctor or physiotherapist first.
Changes in timetable or offer

We may adjust the timetable, class offerings or opening hours from time to time.

In case of major changes, we try to communicate this as early as possible.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms from time to time.
